Sometimes, we feel like our inner garden is upside down, that nothing is in its place. We no longer find our way around, a bit like a bird that wants to reach its nest, perched in the tree in the distance, but cannot spread its wings the way it would like. At times, it faces a wind that is too strong, which exhausts it and prevents it from reaching its target. At other times, it just feels lost, no longer knowing in which tree its nest is, or which way to go.

Lost or helpless, we feel a change is necessary, but we just cannot manage it. It seems stronger than we are.

Those moments are often not easy, and at the same time, it’s often when we learn the most. Maybe that’s the case for you? And if so, taking a guided step aside could help you see the situation from another angle, glimpse another reality, or discover how to bring out other resources to reach what you aspire to.

My name is Alix Poncelet. I offer my clients a safe, neutral and caring space to allow them to lay down what they need to lay down (whether doubts, wounds, desires), to restore order, clarity, love for themselves and others, and vitality in their life, using mental coaching techniques and systemic constellations.

I am a mental coach and therapist and I offer support through coaching, brief therapy and individual systemic constellation sessions. The sessions I offer are a blend of mental coaching, combining classic coaching, neuro-linguistic programming and Ericksonian communication, and family and systemic constellations.

We explore themes such as family lineage, the relationship to oneself, to others, to our beliefs, fears, desires, and resources. We gently explore, while staying on course, the incredible being we embody. Because beyond being normal, human, we have the possibility to accomplish our own extraordinary.
