ICF-certified coach and specialized teacher: solid and human support.
You are a parent of a child with a disability. You juggle appointments, unexpected events, and intense emotions, all while wanting to be present for your child, your family, and your daily commitments. You give a lot, every day, without counting, and perhaps you sometimes feel tired, lonely, or in need of catching your breath.
It is possible to continue supporting your child with presence while finding space for yourself again, without guilt.
For more than ten years, I have been supporting teenagers with disabilities and learning difficulties as a special education teacher. I observe their needs and strengths, and every day I meet their parents, who carry a lot and are looking for keys to move forward while staying aligned with their values.
Today, as a coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I support parents of children with disabilities who feel the need to take stock, clarify their priorities and regain confidence in their ability to take action.
My approach is based on active listening, respect for your pace, and personalized support to identify your resources, shed light on your choices, and move forward step by step towards more ease, coherence and confidence in your parenting.
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in becoming the active decision-maker in your own choices again, to regain clarity, to bring your resources to the surface, and to move forward with confidence.
Together, we will create a safe and caring space where your needs and expectations are at the center.
