<div><div style=”text-align: justify;”>Mother of three children, parenthood has deeply shaken me. I found myself confronted with difficulties, with reactions I did not always understand and, at times, with a real gap between the mother I wanted to be and the one I managed to be every day.</div><div><div style=”text-align: justify;”>I then embarked on a personal journey spanning several years to understand what was at play in my parenting, but also within myself. This journey profoundly changed the way I experience my life as a mother and gradually gave me the desire to retrain professionally in order to support, in turn, other parents.</div><div><div style=”text-align: justify;”>Along the way, I trained, experimented with, and integrated different tools that I still use myself every day. I therefore do not rely on a single method or a ready-made parenting formula. My approach was built through my learning, my experiences, and the different approaches that have shaped my path.</div><div><div style=”text-align: justify;”>Today, I support parents who feel overwhelmed, who no longer understand certain behaviors of their child, who find themselves trapped in tantrums, conflicts, or power struggles... but also those who simply feel that something no longer fits in their parenting and who wish to find more serenity in their family daily life.</div><div><div style=”text-align: justify;”>In my support work, I take into account three dimensions that seem inseparable to me: the child’s needs and functioning, the concrete situation experienced by the family, but also the parent’s posture and experience.</div>
Because sometimes, we already know what we “should” do. We have read, listened, tried… and yet, when the situation arises, we simply cannot manage it. That is when it can be helpful to try to understand what is happening within us: why does this situation affect me so much? What is it awakening in me? Why is it so difficult to react the way I would like to?
My role is not to tell you how to educate your child or to teach you a new method to apply. I accompany you on your own journey to better understand your child, but also yourself, in order to bring out new awareness, adjustments and, when relevant, concrete tools that truly fit your family.
Because I do not believe in the perfect parent. I believe that we learn to become parents, with our child, with our story, our strengths, our vulnerabilities… and many adjustments along the way.
