Presentation
My name is Chloé
I support individuals, families and professionals during periods of transition, overload or questioning.
Burnout, mental fatigue, loss of bearings, family tensions, academic difficulties, professional questions or need for reorientation.
So many situations in which it becomes difficult to move forward alone with clarity and peace of mind.
I notably support:
- People experiencing burnout or mental overload;
- Families facing tensions, misunderstandings or life changes;
- Children, teenagers and students in their academic difficulties, their motivation or their orientation;
- People undergoing a career change or experiencing professional doubts;
- Professionals, managers and HR teams facing human, relational or organizational challenges.
My approach is based on deep, non-judgmental listening and on the belief that everyone has within themselves the resources needed to grow, even when they seem out of reach. I work with tools drawn from coaching, NLP, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and relational dynamics, always adapted to the uniqueness of each situation.
I offer structured support, both human and concrete, which helps clarify the issues, ease emotional burdens, and regain the ability to take action.
I do not impose ready-made solutions: I support each person in finding their own bearings again, understanding what is at play, and moving forward at their own pace in a safe environment.
My intention is to help restore meaning where everything seems blurry, to rebuild stability and to enable everyone to find more fluidity, confidence and alignment in their personal, family or professional life.
