Presentation

Hello,
As a kinesiologist, coach and expert in parental burnout, I see children from a very young age with their parent(s), as well as teenagers and adults individually.
Having several specializations and trainings, I have built my field of expertise thanks to my experience in a mental health institution as well as in the field of youth support and their families.
Here is the driving force behind my care. Imagine yourself as the captain of your boat. You decide on the journey we will undertake together as well as the destination. However, I can be your map that guides the sea route, the eyes of the sailor who warns you of the iceberg, the wind that suggests you go to port or starboard, or even the waves that rock the boat. But you will remain the captain holding the helm.
Thanks to my multipotential path, I offer you a steady follow-up of meaningful results through effective techniques. My approach is recommended if you are looking for answers. You may already have a very good knowledge of yourself, your history, a strong critical mind, or an analytical one. You may have already been in therapy or may currently be in therapy. However, you may be missing that “little something,” that spark... Perhaps questions still remain, a feeling of something unfinished.
I work on the structural, emotional, biochemical, and energetic levels.
My main objective is to put your full potential back at the center of your care. This means having access to your choices, being able to decide what is right for you, to put those decisions into action and thereby get yourself moving again. To be able to step back from the “known, the lived” in order to aim for personal well-being as well as well-being in your personal, relational, family, couple, or parental dynamics.
The tone of my approach is inspired by integrative therapy, brief therapy, psycho-educational guidance, as well as modern approaches such as MBSR (mindfulness), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), kinesiology, and psycho-somato-emotional therapy.
With regard to family coaching, systemic orientation is added to my professional identity.
