Presentation
Life sometimes confronts us with unexpected upheavals, moments of rupture or transformation that force us to redefine our bearings. I myself have experienced these moments of imbalance: a well-established career, children who had become adults, the feeling of entering a calmer period… then, in 2020, the announcement of breast cancer. Five intense years followed, filled with doubts, fatigue, fear at times, but also discoveries, resilience, and ultimately recovery. This ordeal taught me to draw on my deepest resources, to move forward despite uncertainty, and to gradually rebuild a sense of control and peace.
It is from this intimate and transformative experience that my commitment to oncological coaching was born: supporting those who are going through illness, offering them a steady presence, caring support, and helping them, at their own pace, to regain control of their life, their emotions, their energy. No one should have to face such a battle alone. Together, we move toward greater strength, serenity, and hope.
At the same time, my journey as a mother of four children, a grandmother and an entrepreneur has confronted me with everyday realities: mental load, balancing roles, stress, multiple responsibilities. I have experienced these challenges, learned to manage them and ultimately integrated them. This is what now feeds my approach as a life coach. I offer comprehensive support that considers the person in all their dimensions: in-person or online consultations, forest bathing to reconnect with oneself and with nature, natural tools such as essential oils or Bach flowers, cranial massages to release tension and ease mental fatigue. My goal is to create a safe space where everyone can regain balance, energy and inner clarity.
Finally, over the years, I have also developed a family mediation practice, intended for people going through conflicts, transitions, or relationship questions. I offer a confidential, respectful, and nonjudgmental setting where speech can circulate freely. My role is to facilitate constructive communication, allowing each person to clarify their needs, be heard in their emotions, and take part in building fair, lasting, and respectful solutions.
Whether in the context of an illness, a personal imbalance or family tension, my guiding principle remains the same: to offer human, sensitive and professional support that helps you get through difficult times, mobilize your resources and find your way back to serenity. Every journey is unique, and I am here to guide you with gentleness, respect and authenticity.
