Presentation
"Suffering is not the result of what happens to us but is the consequence of our inappropriate reaction to what happens to us."
Passionate about the impact that our way of thinking can have on the health of our body and our psyche as well as on the quality of our relationships, I specialized, with Michelle-J Noël, NLP trainer, in conflict resolution and the application of change processes in personal and professional contexts.
Today, as a trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I lead workshops on specific themes.
Concerned with responding, ethically and accurately, to the diversity of issues encountered, I have undertaken to broaden the scope of my skills by training in Ericksonian and Humanist hypnosis at the Institut Français d'Hypnose Ericksonienne, as well as in brief strategic therapy at the Institut Grégory Bateson.
The effectiveness of this tool, hypnosis, makes it possible to regain access to and reactivate our inner resources, which are essential for solving a problem.
It also makes it possible to deprogram inappropriate mental patterns and to program new ones, better suited to our current life contexts.
Other tools, such as those proposed in brief strategic therapy or NLP, will certainly be better suited to resolving interpersonal conflicts, for example.
That is why, depending on the issue presented, I will adapt the tools needed for its resolution in order to achieve your goals. Your commitment to the change process nevertheless remains the best guarantee of a convincing result.
You will find below the list of the areas of work most frequently encountered during consultations.
Interpersonal issues:
- Develop effective communication - understanding others and making yourself understood
- Learning to negotiate solutions while preserving your own needs and those of others
- Breaking free from relationships and power games, as well as the vicious triangle of Transactional Analysis: victim – persecutor – rescuer
- Ending a toxic relationship – psychological and/or physical abuse
- Strengthening self-esteem: learn to respond positively to criticism
- Become aware of your needs and learn to meet them yourself
- in order to free yourself from your frustrations and dependence on others
- learn to say no and set your boundaries in order to strengthen your integrity and avoid burnout
- Going through the 5 stages of grief following the death of a loved one or a separation
- Transmute invalidating and invasive emotions (guilt, shame, devastating anger, deep sadness, anxiety, panic attacks, …) in order to regain access to your inner resources;

- Re-harmonize the different facets of your personality and regain inner peace;
- Regain control over intrusive and obsessive thoughts that generate OCD, depression, eating disorders, smoking, post-traumatic suffering, phobias...
- Re-access your resource states (motivation, creativity, concentration, competence, …) so that you can transfer them into the life contexts where you need them;
