I am deeply convinced that human development begins with a fine understanding of oneself and with the quality of the relationship we maintain with our inner world.
My journey of more than twenty years in complex environments has shown me how much the loss of inner bearings can have a lasting impact on individuals, especially when their story has led them to conform, to stay silent or to remain on alert in order to move forward, fit in or be recognized.
A scientist by training, I have always sought to rely on rigorous and proven approaches. My support is inspired by coaching tools, neuroscience, contemporary psychology and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.
This approach makes it easier to understand the inner strategies that are put in place to protect oneself or keep control in the face of uncertainty or rejection, and how these strategies, though necessary at a given time, can then limit access to oneself and to our resources.
I see emotions as valuable sources of information. When they are held back or kept at a distance, they can create a diffuse tension or a sense of inner discrepancy; when they are welcomed within a sufficiently safe framework, they become points of support for greater understanding, stability, and conscious choices.
My guidance aims to help you experience a new path, in which it becomes possible to transform reactions that are no longer appropriate.
I support people who feel the need to recentre themselves and redefine a direction that feels more like them. Some hold leadership positions, others are engaged in a deep personal process after years spent functioning according to external expectations, sometimes to the detriment of their needs, their boundaries, or their identity.
My guidance is based on a gradual and personalised exploration of each person’s inner landscape. It aims to strengthen self-presence, the capacity for discernment, and a more aligned freedom of action.
My intention is clear: to support more conscious and more aligned life paths, in which a calmer, more honest and more vibrant relationship with oneself and with others can gradually be restored.
