Presentation
My name is Jennifer, a classical and systemic life coach in personal, family, and school development. My path towards coaching was not drawn in a linear way, but through challenges, those life moments that shake everything up and that, paradoxically, open the way to an unsuspected inner strength.
I have gone through difficult experiences, deep questioning, and it is by learning to transform these wounds into levers for growth that I discovered my mission: to support others on their own path of reconstruction. Rather than enduring these trials, I chose to turn them into lessons, and today I place this experience at the service of those who feel the need to rise again, regain confidence, and find direction.
I am also the mother of an extraordinary little boy with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). His journey has led me to develop patience, creativity, and adaptability. It has also inspired me to train further, so that I can support other parents and families facing similar realities.
My approach is based on three essential pillars:
- Active, compassionate listening: every story is unique and deserves to be welcomed without judgment.
- Concrete, tailored tools: drawn from my training in life coaching, systemic coaching, family coaching, and school coaching.
- Human and authentic support: built on trust, transparency, and the desire to see each person reveal their potential.
Through my services, I offer support for people seeking greater well-being, self-confidence, or a new balance, whether personal, family-related, or academic. Together, step by step, we explore what is holding you back and build the foundations of a life more aligned with who you truly are.
My aim is not to give you ready-made answers, but to help you discover your own, so you can move forward with strength, resilience, and authenticity.
