My name is Joëlle Micha.
I am a life coach specialized in supporting people who are going through a burn-out. I am also an Ikigai coach.
I am convinced that it is very healthy to sometimes (or even often) feel bad in a world that is not really doing well. With this in mind, I devote myself to supporting the different phases of professional burnout. It is a reality of the world we live in. It is essential to be accompanied in an appropriate way in a context where burn-out is still too often unknown, confused, and minimized. You can count on me “before,” to avoid breaking down, as well as “after,” to help you get back on your feet.
When you feel on the verge of imploding: anxiety, stress, burnout, sleep problems, sadness, a frantic race for perfection, limitless performance. Concentration and memory problems. And above all, this feeling of emptiness, and this intense fatigue that never leaves you. I support you in spotting the warning signs, identifying what’s wrong, and understanding where and why things are stuck.
I help you draw from within yourself the resources you need to understand your true needs and regain control over everything that seems to be slipping away.
If you’ve cracked. Suddenly, abruptly, like a clap of thunder inside you. You still had the feeling “that it would pass,” and that you didn’t see it coming at all. You are overwhelmed by a feeling of fatigue that you find impossible to explain, you can’t compare it to any state you’ve known until now. Even maximum rest does not allow you to regain even a bit of the energy that used to characterize you so much. Your body has said stop, and your morale has taken quite a hit as well.
I listen to you. At your own pace. I guide you so that you can be kind to yourself. I support you with kindness in putting words—your words—on what is happening to you.
When your batteries start to recharge. Not all the lights are red anymore. You gradually become aware of what has happened to you. You are ready to let go. Thinking about the future is no longer the same source of anxiety. Your energy is still fluctuating, you are looking for where to go, and what you want to do there.
I support you in sorting things out, in identifying what you now want to avoid. I help you determine your desires, your potential, your needs for the future. I help you accept all this, get used to it, and put it into practice.
Ikigai is an extraordinary concept when you want to cultivate the art of (re)getting up happy every morning. It involves deep, guided introspective work. You create a meeting between what gives you pleasure, what you have talent for, and what gives you the feeling that your life has meaning.
Combining the strengths of Ikigai with those of NLP and traditional coaching techniques allows me to offer tailor-made support that will help you accept that falling is human, and getting back up is divine. I look forward to meeting you.
