Presentation
Social worker for 23 years, I worked for 20 years within a home care service.
For the past 3 years, I have been working as an assistant to a property manager.
Drawing on these varied experiences and on the skills I have acquired over these many years, I felt the urge to put them at the service of others.
I have therefore continued to train again and again : nonviolent communication, assertiveness, palliative care, and most recently positive psychology.
I offer you holistic, tailor-made support.
Thanks to this training, I offer a complementary approach to my social work, making it possible to deepen the tools and techniques used to strengthen resilience, self-confidence, and personal well-being.
Why integrate positive psychology?
Positive psychology is not limited to the absence of difficulties: it aims to strengthen each person’s inner resources, develop positive habits, and cultivate a resilient mindset. I help you become aware of, use, and develop your unique psychological strengths to achieve your personal goals and not focus solely on your weaknesses.
By combining my expertise as a social worker and a coach, I support you on a path that highlights your strengths and promotes your fulfillment.
The benefits of a combined approach
This dual expertise makes it possible to meet a variety of needs: whether it’s overcoming personal or professional challenges, regaining emotional balance, or simply building a more satisfying life, positive psychology coaching provides practical tools to help you move forward at your own pace.
My goal is to offer you a caring and motivating space to approach change in a positive way, while respecting your needs and your values.
