Presentation

Hello and welcome,
I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach specializing in burnout, both in its prevention and in its treatment.
I also support my clients in managing stress related to the professional world.
Holder of a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from HEC-ULg, my professional career began in the world of finance, where I worked as an analyst and consultant. After a few years… a rough patch, a mismatch between who I am and what I do, my job no longer made sense to me… I wanted to do something with real human impact !
This is how, in 2018, I decided to train in the coaching process (with Coaching+ Academy). And in 2023, I complemented this approach with a specialization in stress and burnout management (HRD Academy). Today, I support those who, like you perhaps, feel exhausted and lost, and want to regain control of their professional and personal life.
Burnout is much more than simple fatigue: it affects your energy, your emotions, your self-confidence, even your identity. Before even thinking about “bouncing back,” it is essential to understand what you are going through, to give yourself rest, to rebuild a solid foundation. In this sense, my approach is gradual and respectful of your pace.
To recover sustainably from burnout, rest alone is not enough. Ah, if only it were that simple… It is just as essential to do some reflective work to understand the mechanisms that led you to exhaustion. My support then consists in helping you identify them, adjust them in a more appropriate way, or even transform them sustainably.
I also support you in reflecting on your post-burnout professional future by carrying out a career assessment based on your talents, skills, motivations and aspirations.
I also suggest we prepare your return to work together and put in place a prevention plan to avoid any relapse.
Here is concretely how my support can help you:
  • Restoration of your physical condition (nutrition, sleep, physical activity, resumption of a healthy and positive social life) ;
  • Analysis of your stress factors, your energy balance (balance between stressors and energy givers), reflection on your recovery plan ;
  • Work on emotions, negative thoughts, improvement of stress management strategies (stress coping) ;
  • Improvement of your skills such as assertiveness, conflict management, organization, task prioritization ;
  • Reflection on your professional identity (values, talents, skills, motivations and missions…) and assessment of your compatibility with the professional environment ;
  • Reflection on your work-life balance ;
Preparing for your return to work, reflecting on your limits and needs, becoming aware of your warning signs and your levers for action to prevent a relapse.
