Presentation
I am trained in Hypnotherapy – Milton Erickson Hypnosis as well as in the management of Burnout and post-Burnout.
I regularly build on my knowledge through training courses, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
During our meetings, with respect and kindness, I will integrate personalized solutions, tailored to each individual, using tools such as:
Brief-type integrative therapy, that is, the integration and implementation of different therapeutic solutions:
- Cognitive-behavioral Therapy / Systemic Therapy / Therapy;
- Conversational;
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Coaching:
- Personal development / Public speaking / self-confidence and self-esteem;
- Career / academic reorientation;
- Management of stress / emotions / conflicts / time / emotions.
My commitments:
- From the very first session, we see whether we both feel confident, whether the therapist/patient relationship is suitable for setting up the therapy, the personal development, the coaching. It is within a caring, secure, non-judgmental framework that the welcome and sharing will be established;
- As a matter of professional ethics, respect for professional secrecy, the individual’s history, their integrity, their pace, and their freedom of expression will remain absolute priorities;
- My ethics are based on respecting the person’s life choices. I primarily promote the individual’s independence, and the discovery, by themself, of their own abilities and inner resources. Together, we set up, in full agreement and full awareness, the tools and methods that will allow you to optimize and use your own resources;
- I give the best of myself in the therapeutic work with each person, whoever they are and whatever their situation.
