Let’s Get to Know Each Other!
A scourge of our century and an aggravating factor in many illnesses, stress is often imposed on us by our pace of life and the demands of society.
With a Master’s degree in Labour Sciences, a European University Certificate in Social Work and an inter-university certificate in Judicial Expertise, I bring the richness of a career of more than 25 years largely devoted to the policies and strategies implemented within companies in terms of Human Resources and change management.
For about ten years now, I have made workplace well-being, as well as the prevention and management of psychosocial risks, my specialty. I provide individual support — in person or remotely — to people who are suffering.
In order to fulfil my missions, aware that I am required to deal with complex and diverse situations as well as regular scientific advances stemming from numerous ongoing research projects, I continuously take part in training courses and am currently completing, in particular, a university programme in “Diagnosis and Clinical Management of Professional and Parental Burnouts” (UCLouvain) intended for first- and second-line practitioners (psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, general practitioners, occupational physicians and coaches specialised in burnout).
This unique high-level training programme in Europe addresses, in all their complexity, professional and parental burnouts.
In addition to supporting people in distress, I also carry out consulting activities for companies in the field of prevention and management of psychosocial risks: social audits (“Psychosocial risks” survey), awareness-raising and training in the prevention and management of psychosocial workload, time and priority management, etc., as well as defusing potential conflict risks through social mediation.
Concerned about the quality of the support I provide, I work closely with your general practitioner. Under their caring and professional supervision, I offer you the support you may be lacking in your daily life, while respecting ethics and the confidentiality of medical secrecy. The process begins with an intake interview and an assessment aimed at identifying your stress factors as well as the resources you can rely on to recover. Throughout the support process, be assured that your general practitioner will be consulted and/or informed.
