Patrick Vermeire

My name is Patrick Vermeire, I am married and I have three children.

An early career in the world of services enabled me over the years to learn and understand how behavior and human relationships work. This period helped me develop my listening skills and my empathy, which, little by little, led me to supporting people in difficulty.

This new personal and professional direction is based on quality training and unwavering determination to be useful to

people in distress.

Alongside a long process of personal analysis and embracing “who I am,” I decided, ten years ago, to open a private practice.

My practice:

My grounding in helping relationships is built around two areas.

The first is an analytical consultation to discover the origin of the problem. The second is a life coaching oriented towards solutions and based on NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis. It is therefore a living method that allows the person, knowing where they come from, to decide where they want to go and how to get there. In this approach, tools for working towards change by oneself are offered during the sessions.

Analytical life coaching and hypnosis are my tools to support you in areas such as: lack of self-confidence and self-esteem, depressive states, relationship problems (violence, aggression, manipulation, ...), burnout, traumas, addictions, ... The goal is to support the emergence of your solution thanks to your abilities and your resources, in a climate of benevolence within the therapy.

For two years I have also been supporting smoking cessation through mental coaching and hypnosis. This method is personalized, tailor-made; it is focused on your smoking and your particular relationship with tobacco. It is therefore unique to each person. Finally, I offer various group workshops on letting go, through cooking and through ambulatory therapy sessions in the form of walks lasting from one hour to several days.
