Presentation
About fifteen years ago, I went through major changes in my life and felt the need to understand why things sometimes didn’t happen the way I wanted them to.
Why a grain of sand, always the same one, would jam the works at the moment I least expected it.
I became interested in personal development and took a course in neuro-linguistic programming. When I finished my training, I was left wanting more and began a psychoanalysis.
I was immediately amazed by how our unconscious guides us every day, as well as by all the mechanisms we set up in order to move forward—or not.
I then wanted to go further and therefore studied psychosomatic and psychoanalytic theory. I wrote a thesis on multiple identities and, since then, I have been supporting people in search of themselves.
Do you also feel like understanding what is happening and, above all, reflecting on how to prevent sand from getting in the way and stopping you from achieving your dreams in the future?
Now is the time to begin working on yourself, to understand the mechanisms that guide you, to question some of your behaviors, and above all to take your life into your own hands.
Psychoanalysis can help you do that. A therapy invented by Sigmund Freud and later developed by various therapists such as Lacan, it is the talking cure.
It allows you, through free associations, to explore your unconscious, to understand its mechanisms so that you can free yourself from the past and move forward serenely.
Contact me to free yourself from your ailments, improve your daily life, allow your true Self to emerge, and rebuild yourself on foundations that suit you.
