Presentation
Graduated as a civil engineer from UCL, and after nearly 15 years spent in project management consulting and management, I now share my time between individual coaching, training and supporting groups in collective intelligence. Enriched by my professional experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors (Toyota, Mobistar, GSK, Les Scouts ASBL, Zero Waste Belgium,...) and by my coaching training, I help my clients understand how they function so that they can better mobilize their full potential, whether for personal or professional issues.
My preferred areas are:
My training and background:
I began my coach training in 2015 with the Leading & Coaching Academy, in parallel with a career reorientation triggered by a period of intense stress and loss of meaning during my last consulting assignment. This process led to my commitment to a position as managing director in the service of Les Scouts ASBL. There I learned a great deal about people management, about myself… And about my ability to continue to feel stressed (sometimes intensely) even though my role is truly aligned with my values!
So I looked for new training courses, and my encounter in 2019 with the Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach (ANC) really helped me put my finger on the brain mechanisms behind stress, to manage them better and sometimes even treat them.
Today, I am both a trainer and a collective intelligence facilitator for companies, and a coach for private individuals, within the therapeutic practice A(p)prendre Racines. My coaching is mainly based on the ANC, but also on concepts from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis and systems theory. I adhere to the code of ethics of the International Coach Federation, which guarantees among other things that the content of the sessions is protected by professional confidentiality.
I welcome you in French or English, in person or online.
