I am an ACC-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a graduate in Multilingual Communication (ULB), and holder of an Executive Master in People Management (ICHEC).

With more than 13 years of experience in work psychology within large organizations, I have developed in-depth expertise in career coaching, guiding people through their professional transitions, academic choices, career development, and repositioning.

Driven by my interest in psychology and human functioning, I have further developed myself in various psychological and guidance-oriented approaches (applied psychology, neurocoaching, relational guidance, etc.). This diversity enables me to offer a holistic, integrative, and people-centered approach, taking into account professional, personal, and emotional dimensions and placing the person at the center of every process.

I also support leadership development, stress and time management, work-life balance, meaning and purpose, and support for people in their role as parents. In addition, I offer group coaching, mediation, and conflict management, within a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment.

I help individuals and teams make better decisions, engage, and perform sustainably.

Within recruitment processes, I provide support with interview preparation, addressing internal barriers and optimizing application tools (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn, professional positioning), so that people can present themselves with confidence and in line with the labor market.

Sessions can take place in French, Dutch, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
