Gestalt therapist
“Everything passes if you feel it” PERLS
Existential questions, stress, anxiety, relational or professional difficulties, depression, blocks… There are many reasons that can lead us to seek therapeutic support.
As a Gestalt therapist, trained at the Belgian Gestalt Institute, I accompany adults in uncomfortable life situations on a path towards better self-understanding, for greater serenity and well-being.
During therapy sessions, I rely on dialogue as well as other methods to help you reconnect with your sensations and feelings. Together, we explore the emotions that appear in the here and now. I support you in this reconnection with yourself and your environment in order to welcome and observe what is.
Together, we will rely on this lived experience to approach what you have gone through from new angles and reconnect with what is meaningful for you.
As a Gestalt therapist, I invite you to take the time to feel, observe, perceive, and be present to the situation in order to regain flexibility as well as the ability to act and recover a sense of ease. I suggest exploring new ways of being, of relating, and of doing, for more fluidity in your life.
Also called contact therapy, Gestalt places interaction at the heart of the work. Thus, a session offers the possibility to settle at your own pace, exactly where you are, but it is also a space and time outside of daily life where you can try things out, take risks, experiment, and create new adjustments with the support of the therapist.
I offer individual support in a space of trust to provide you with the support you need to unburden yourself and explore new possibilities.
