Hello and welcome
Are you going through a time in your life when you are looking for a space to breathe, talk, understand and move forward?
My name is Benjamin Le Tarnec, I am a Gestalt psychopractitioner, and I support anyone who feels stuck or helpless in the face of their emotions, relationships or professional life.
My background and my practice
For more than ten years, I moved through very different professional environments, from large corporations to the non-profit sector. There, I discovered how much communication could vary from one person to another and, at times, create tension, violence or simply a deep sense of unease. This diversity of situations made me want to understand how humans function and to look for ways to ease these difficulties — this is how I turned to Gestalt.
Today, I feel particularly moved by people who, at some point in their lives, no longer really feel in their rightful place. I like to support them on this path towards better self-understanding, regaining confidence, and restoring meaning to their relationships and everyday life.
My support consists of:
  • Putting your feelings first again: together we explore what is happening within you and in your environment (couple, family, work, friendships, …)
  • Accepting you as you are, without judgment, unconditionally, no matter your fears, beliefs, shame, anxieties…
  • Moving forward together, at your own pace, in an authentic way: I commit to being genuinely and humanly present, with a listening stance, without claiming to know or control everything.
Why psychotherapy
In my view, psychotherapy helps when you feel that something can or must change in your life. It allows you to see more clearly, to delve deeper into your feelings and to put words to what goes unnoticed or seems incomprehensible. This process leads to a better understanding and acceptance of yourself and therefore to a sense of calm.
