Presentation

Sometimes the same scene seems to repeat endlessly: we go around in circles within old paradigms, we churn through futile questions, or we replay an old story already repeated 1,000 times. Or else, simply, life has sent you one of those blows it has a secret for...
You feel that the time has come for something else.
But how?
Where?
With whom?
And if not now, when?
Working together means taking the time to experience freedom and responsibility. My practice is based on “gestalt,” a phenomenological-inspired approach whose roots lie in counterculture.
The therapeutic experience is surprising and paradoxical: whatever the issue that brings you here, let us assume that it will inevitably play out again in the consulting room. Simply, we will place this in mise en abyme, together. We will then discover something that was already there, waiting for you, ready to be grasped. My job is to be with you on this path.
I am particularly attuned to issues linked to major life choices (work, family, identity, existential questioning). Today more than ever, in a world that is going mad, these questions sometimes lead us to touch a certain radicality and a risk of marginality.
“Modern psychopathologies” such as bipolarity, ADHD or addictions can also be considered innovative experiences in an attempt to find meaning in what no longer has any. Existential questioning and the search for individual and political (social) meaning mobilize vital energy.  It is a particularly fertile ground for setting in motion your desire for something else, individually, with your family and/or in a group.
