Burnout, illness, separation, trauma: how can you overcome these shocks in life?
Distress, difficulty saying no, loss of self-confidence: how can you move your life forward?
A listening ear, a presence, experience
Gestalt Therapy - Brief Therapy - Mindfulness Techniques
Gestalt therapist for 15 years (graduate and member of the teaching and management team at IFFP*), I have developed a holistic approach to listening to the person in order to help them listen deeply to themselves. The mind, the body, emotions, and social environment are all elements that help understand one’s way of being and acting with oneself and with others.
My perspective as a therapist has also been nourished by my various experiences as a legal expert in private groups (Canal+) and in public administrations (French Community of Belgium, European Commission). These life experiences have made me particularly aware of situations of overwork, stress, loss of motivation, burnout, and harassment. These issues are those I now address both in terms of prevention and support.
In addition, I offer specific support for young people who want to learn to know themselves better and to base their personal and professional projects on their potential and resources.
My approach is pragmatic. I use methods drawn notably from Gestalt, psychological Tarot, and mindfulness to identify inappropriate beliefs, habits, and behaviors and to quickly and concretely explore avenues for improvement.
Discover yourself differently
The Body and Creativity, our best allies
Sometimes, words are not enough to express one’s distress, let go of buried sorrows, or overcome one’s fears.
Depending on your wishes and needs, other forms of support can be explored together.
Graduated and trainer in Sensitive Gestalt Massage® (SGM), I practice this psychocorporeal approach as an effective complement to therapies, analyses, and coaching. This massage is particularly suited to easing deep emotional blockages and creating links between felt experience and lived experience.
Trained in art therapy techniques, I also support creative experiences: modelling, collage, writing, drawing or using other media adapted to each person’s profile. Using creativity helps with better self-understanding and creates profound dynamics of change.
I have been teaching these different approaches for over 20 years in training courses for healthcare professionals, educators, coaches, psychotherapists and psychologists in Belgium and France.
