Presentation
The human being is very hard on themselves. I know something about this, because in the past I imposed a whole lot of things on myself while depriving myself of what I wanted. Today, I am experiencing benevolence.
The internal dialogue between all the parts within me is now much more harmonious.
As I travel this path, I realize how much the coherence between mind, heart, and body is an indicator of what is happening within oneself.
When someone comes to see me, they have often mulled things over for months in order to find a solution, with little or no success. What I notice is that there has often been a frantic search for an intellectual solution to an emotional problem. Yet, if an intellectual solution existed, they would have found it.
The good news is that by looking at the other side of the curtain, the emotional, physical and sensory side, we can find ourselves again. We can realize to what extent beliefs that we thought were universal are actually obstacles to freedom, to kindness toward ourselves, and to human development.
In some cases, life difficulties can be treated using various approaches. This is particularly true of trauma. For trauma, hypnosis, PDMY (derived from EMDR), as well as physical release provide tangible relief. Combining these approaches makes it possible to gain in both effectiveness and time.
The brief therapy techniques I offer are varied and have one thing in common: they all involve a bodily dimension. These techniques make it possible to approach the issue from different angles in order to respect the person’s ecology as much as possible.
