After a long career in psycho-social support, with both adults and children, I was missing a tool to help the person move forward, to change... That is how I graduated in Ericksonian hypnosis.

I am passionate about this discipline and everything it can offer in supporting Others, I could go on writing lines and lines. And yet, don’t actions speak louder than words…

I invite you, for the duration of a session, to share my world but also and above all to allow yourself to experience a state of hypnosis, to dive a little deeper into the heart of yourself, as a first step towards… Who knows how far this could lead you…?

If I had to define hypnosis...

Hypnosis is increasingly proving itself, whether in the medical field or in therapy. Despite this, it continues to divide people...

There are those who believe in it, and those who will say “it doesn’t work!”. Then there are people who are drawn to it, but at the same time a little worried about what a state of hypnosis is, about what could happen to them during a session...

This is a normal fear when faced with an unknown situation, and often heightened by stage hypnosis... And yet nothing is more natural than a state of hypnosis... Have you never found yourself “with your head in the clouds”, “lost in your thoughts”...? How many times have you traveled the route from your home to your workplace as if you were on autopilot, or even been surprised to find you were already there!?

Hypnosis is a brief, change-oriented therapy, with a wide range of applications...

Through this discipline, I support you in various fields such as managing stress / burnout, addictions (tobacco, alcohol, etc.), weight management, emotion management, self-confidence, bereavement, traumas, sleep disorders, personal fulfillment, self-development...
