Presentation

After ten years working as a logistician for Doctors Without Borders, I decided to return to Belgium so that I could be present for my sons and provide them with stability.
Back in Brussels, it was time for a career change.
These ten years of field experience with MSF (Tanzania, Kenya, Congo, South Sudan, Kyrgyzstan) as a humanitarian obviously affected me deeply and were a real school of life: I developed a profound understanding of human challenges and the suffering that comes with them.
I discovered hypnosis as a patient when I was working in Tanzania and suffering from post-traumatic stress, and it was radical.
I therefore decided to train in strategic conversational hypnosis (PTR: re-associative trauma psychotherapy) and in brief therapy (Palo Alto).
Since 2020, I have been supporting people as a hypnotherapist in desensitizing their traumas, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), and accompanying them through their existential crises. I am currently in training to become a trainer at IMHEB (Milton H. Erickson Institute of Belgium).
In parallel with my consultations, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology at UCL.
I am also in my third year at the École de la Posture Juste with Thierry Janssen, which allows me to integrate an understanding of psychological, bodily, and contemplative approaches. All of this enriches me and allows me to fully embody my work as a therapist.
Father of four children today (3 sons and a stepson), the demands of everyday life invite me to evolve constantly.
