Graduated from UMons, I chose to specialize in brief therapies, including strategic conversational hypnosis, PTR, and NLP.

My aim is to contribute to the well-being and personal growth of my patients through my empathy, respect for others in their differences, and support as they face the difficulties they encounter along the way.

To do this, I am committed to using all the skills and resources acquired through my experience and my various training programs. I also engage in ongoing training and peer consultation with other professionals in my field.

I prioritize achieving the patient's goals as quickly as possible and with the greatest comfort, without focusing solely on the underlying causes of their distress, which may be numerous and/or complex and could rekindle certain forms of suffering…

Through strategic conversational hypnosis and PTR (re-associative trauma psychotherapy), I treat the most severe post-traumatic shock states as well as ailments of psychosomatic origin. These methods also make it possible to address any other difficulties that fall within the field of general psychology: anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship difficulties, addictions, etc.

Here, even in hypnosis, the session is “dynamic”: the person is active and converses with the therapist. They realize that their wish to address or not address certain issues is always respected. I thus attune myself to the evolution and wishes of my patient.

The advantage of this method is that the person feels comfortable at all times in their progress toward “healing.”
