The imbalance of the nervous system manifests itself, among other things, as:

- Chronic fatigue;
- Disproportionate reactions.
Emotional fulfillment
Understanding and releasing our emotions are essential tools for learning to know ourselves and to express our authenticity.
Emotional immaturity manifests itself, among other things, as:
- An inability to protect one’s personal space ;
- The need for others’ approval ;
- Confusion about one’s own feelings.
Relationship with food
Changing your diet goes far beyond the simple goal of losing weight. It is about taking care of our physical health, which has a direct impact on our mental health. Certain foods feed chronic pain and overstimulate our nervous system. Our eating behaviors can also hide emotional wounds that are still open.
Toxic eating habits are manifested, among other things, by :
- Serving yourself again without being hungry;
- Snacking to escape an uncomfortable situation;
- Eating in secret.
My holistic approach to mental and physical well-being stems from 15 years of experience, with the aim of establishing significant and lasting change.
