Presentation

I like to believe that our paths are never really straight, but always meaningful.
Mine is made of encounters, detours, questions, therapy, silences too… and a deep interest in human beings, their vulnerabilities, their impulses, their contradictions.
Trained in transactional analysis, sophrology and conflict management, I am currently completing a bachelor’s degree in couple and family counseling, which will add another string to my bow.
My journey has been built around the same intention: to offer thoughtful support, to create a space where one can settle, understand oneself and grow in safety.
I support those who feel the need to better understand themselves, to make sense of what they are experiencing, to break out of repetitive patterns, to ease relational tensions, or simply to catch their breath in a daily life that sometimes feels too heavy.
Conflicts, whether marital, family, or professional, are often the expression of a need that cannot find its place. Understanding them already allows us to transform our relationship with ourselves and with others.
My approach is deeply inspired by Carl Rogers; I believe in each person's ability to mobilize their own resources, provided they are received with respect, attentive listening, and kindness. Here, no judgment, no ready‑made formulas. Just a safe therapeutic space where you can lay down whatever is present, at your own pace.

  • Transactional analysis makes it possible to shed light on relational dynamics, life positions, and repetitive scripts;
  •
  • Conflict management provides concrete tools to understand escalation mechanisms, clarify needs, and restore a more appropriate dialogue;
  •
  • Sophrology, for its part, supports the process by re-establishing a calm connection with the body: breathing, relaxation, awareness of sensations… It helps regulate emotions and regain a sense of inner safety.
  • Currently interning at SOS Inceste Belgique, I am having a powerful and deeply impactful experience. It is refining my approach: taking care, respecting the pace, hearing the unspeakable, and above all never forcing. This experience has taught me how essential inner safety is in order to be able to rebuild oneself, reclaim one’s story and one’s place.

    The session begins with a discussion about your difficulties and the reasons that bring you to consult, in a caring setting and with respect for professional confidentiality.

    Depending on your situation and your needs, I offer you:

    • A time of in-depth listening focused on your experience;
    •
    • Transactional analysis to shed light on your relational patterns;
    •
    • Conflict management tools to defuse tensions and encourage more constructive dialogue;
    •
    • Sophrology exercises to help you refocus, regulate your emotions, and inhabit your body more serenely.
    • Each session is unique. It is built together, respecting your pace, your resources, and your story.
