Presentation

Hello, my name is Nina and I am here to listen to you.

As a creative therapist, my goal is to support you in finding balance and joy in your relationships and daily activities through conversation, walking, art, dance, or writing. Whether you are dealing with something specific or seeking to rediscover your happy moments in life, I can help you.

It is completely human to have doubts, anxiety, disappointments, relationship or parenting problems. Sometimes we struggle to accept difficult situations or shocking experiences. When the burden becomes so heavy that the days bring only exhaustion, it is time to seek out a space of trust and respect where you can safely discuss your problems and reconnect with your dreams.

My background spans education and work in four countries and languages, several decades of artistic projects, DJing in Argentine tango and personal psychoanalysis, clinical Lacanian training and training in creative therapy. At the heart of my work is the conviction that every personal story has its place. It must be honored and told. Art is an existential pillar and we will use it as such: a therapy through creativity and aesthetics.

I cannot offer you a magic healing pill, but what our work can bring you is an understanding and appreciation of yourself. Above all, my aim will be to give you a space to express what does not appear in words. There is no universal personal formula. It is up to you to write it.

P.S. Is creative therapy reserved for women?

Since I often hear this question, I want to clarify that creative therapy is for everyone. Men rarely decide to talk in therapy, but mental health professionals know that they are 4 times more at risk of problems related to alcohol and drugs, and depression. Here is what you can expect when working with me:

    1.
      1.
      2. We discuss the reason why you need to see someone and formulate your question or assess your situation.
      3.
      4. I suggest that you talk or write about what is bothering you, go for a walk and talk about it, analyze it and imagine how to overcome the difficulty.
      5.
      6. We meet every week to establish a rhythm in which you can channel what comes to mind in a structured way and examine your situation from different angles.
      7.
      8. We will know that the final session has arrived when you have reached clarity and balance, and above all, when you have gotten rid of what no longer serves you or when you have learned to handle things differently.
