Presentation

Clinical psychologist and occupational psychologist.
I am currently training in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of professional and parental burnout.
I am a psychologist with a background that combines both occupational psychology and adult clinical psychology. These experiences have enabled me to develop a global understanding of the challenges we may face, both personally and professionally. Today, I am specialising in the treatment of burnout, whether professional or parental, by following specific training in this field.
My approach is above all empathetic and caring. I offer tailored support that I build in collaboration with each person I accompany. I draw inspiration from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) methods and the person-centred approach, as they make it possible to address difficulties with gentleness and effectiveness, while respecting each person’s own pace.
My goal is to create a space where you will feel confident, safe, and above all heard. Confidentiality is for me a fundamental pillar, so that you can express yourself freely and without fear of judgment.
I am also working on creating support groups focused on burn-out, both professional and parental. These workshops will be times for sharing and support, where everyone will be able to share their experience and find comfort within a caring group.
