Hypnotherapy – support for stress and difficult life periods (Namur)
At certain moments in life, it can happen that you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, tense inside, as if everything has become too heavy to carry.
The mind races, emotions take up a lot of space, the body tenses up… and despite your efforts, it becomes difficult to let go.
Hypnotherapy can be valuable support during these periods, to regain calm, perspective and a better ability to listen to yourself.
I particularly accompany people who are going through:
- A period of intense or prolonged stress;
- An emotional or mental overload;
- Deep fatigue, a feeling of exhaustion or loss of drive;
- Times of transition or questioning (life changes, career change, separation, bereavement);
- Difficulty setting boundaries, respecting yourself, slowing down;
- A diffuse discomfort, a loss of meaning, or the feeling of no longer knowing where to start.
In hypnosis, we work from what you are experiencing here and now, taking into account your history, your pace and your needs.
The hypnotic state helps to soothe the nervous system, to better understand the reactions of the body and emotions, and to access inner resources that are often set aside when one is in a state of permanent tension.
The support is kind, reassuring and personalized.
It is aimed particularly at people who have learned to manage a great deal, to adapt, to “hold it together,” sometimes at their own expense, and who now feel the need to refocus and find a more balanced equilibrium.
