“A Humanistic Psychologist”
I am a humanistic psychologist who enjoys enriching myself and exploring the different dimensions of our human potential.
Throughout my life journey, my personal research and professional choices have brought me into direct contact with different psychological approaches (group dynamics and organizational analysis, humanistic and body-oriented approaches, systemic analysis and therapeutic metaphor, sand tray, holistic massage, meditation, Tibetan yoga, positive psychology, art therapy, professional coaching). I also enjoy traveling and discovering different cultures (Europe, India, China, Tibet, Russia), and Western and Eastern philosophy are part of my spiritual nourishment.
Admiring our human creativity, I have invested myself in theater projects such as clowning and dance, I picked up paintbrushes to play with the power of painting, and I tried my hand at photography.
Among my professional experiences, I have worked in the youth welfare sector with children, adolescents and families, in the disability support sector with supervisory staff, in socio-professional integration with job seekers from various fields of activity, and I had the opportunity to write a professional orientation program for women who wanted to work in so‑called men’s professions. At the same time, I led a private practice and carried out interventions in non-profit organizations.
“A pause to move towards joy”
The journey I offer you, either alone or as a couple, will be like a voyage, discovering and exploring your human richness, your human potential, the source of your fulfillment.
An aspect of the process can be represented as follows: helping you recognize, within yourself, the sparks that will be a great support in resolving the problems you are experiencing today, learning to take care of them and to cultivate them to guide you.
In this approach, we will move forward at your pace, sometimes slowly, sometimes more quickly, in a context of kindness and resilience, illuminated by compassion, with respect for your values and your philosophical choices.
The purpose of this journey, whether it is focused on private or professional difficulties, will be and will remain guided by the increase of your joy of living and your autonomy.
Throughout my professional and private journey, I have been amazed to see that this potential for growth is present in each and every one of us without exception. But sometimes, and for different reasons, often hidden, access to this potential no longer works and we suffer, we feel stuck, we go around in circles. That is when calling on a professional makes perfect sense.
In other words, I can support you with difficulties:
- personal: loss of meaning, feeling of going around in circles, difficulties in making important decisions, psychological fatigue, stress, grief, separation, difficulties with your emotions (violence – overflow), lack of self-esteem, loss of self-confidence, lack of self-love,
- as a couple: recurring relationship problems, relationship crises,
- professional: difficulties in your career development, burnout, bore-out, need to take stock, to gain perspective on your professional path, drop in motivation, end of career, need for supervision for social workers or managers.
