Presentation

My name is Christine Eeckman, I am married and the mother of a little 6-year-old girl. Daughter of a psychologist and a psychologist myself since 1992, I have always been immersed in the search for psychological explanations of human phenomena. I am passionate about the complexity, mysteries and workings of the psyche. I trained in therapy through Transactional Analysis and then through Hypnosis. These are two therapeutic approaches from the humanistic movement that offer complementary tools to help people grow and address their psychological problems. My field of expertise includes:
  • Burnout;
  • Depression;
  • Anxiety, stress, sleep disorders;
  • Sexual disorders;
  •  Eating disorders;
  •  Difficulty making friends, being in nurturing relationships;
  • Difficulties in moving through a life stage;
I also offer parental guidance and bereavement support. The goal of the psychological support I offer is to learn or develop the capacity to enjoy life, to be happy and healthy. I provide individual and group consultations. I offer self-exploration workshops and support groups. What characterizes me is my gift for analysis, my kindness and my warmth. While starting from who we are, and knowing that we will remain who we have always been, we have the possibility of acquiring a “slightly greater” room for maneuver in given situations.
