Presentation
For over twenty years, I have supported people going through periods of questioning, fatigue, or transition. My experience as a social worker and occupational psychologist, enriched by training in Empowerment Development (DPA-PC) and by a specialization in progress in systemic family therapy, allows me to offer support that is both practical and deeply human.
My approach stands out for a simple conviction: you are the expert of your own life, even if you doubt it. My role is to create a space where you can clarify your choices, reconnect with your resources, and move forward at your own pace, without judgment or ready-made solutions.
