Presentation
Clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with an experiential orientation, I am also a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and trained in Reichian Analysis (Psycho-Somatic Energetic Analysis).
After several years of professional experience working with a varied public: children and adolescents struggling to find their place in the world, families in crisis, people searching for their own path and discovering their uniqueness, as well as with therapeutic groups and groups of adults in NLP training, I am still amazed and moved by the immense need to give meaning to our lives and experiences, always impressed by the vulnerability and strength of our minds, always touched by the fear that forces us to protect ourselves, by the aggressiveness with which we sometimes seek our limits in relationships, and by the courage to let go.
I myself have undergone personal analysis and this enriching process has brought me closer to who I am, pushed me further in my growth, and helped me have healthier relationships. I would add the experience of becoming a mother, an experience that taught me to understand and take into account deeper needs within us and to focus even more on the importance of feeling connected.
In my opinion, therapy is a dynamic process that unfolds in the present. It is a special encounter which, admittedly, is not the result of chance, but which stems from a desire to devote time and space to finding oneself again and recognizing oneself in one’s entirety, with the parts of shadow and light. Each of us contains parts that we accept or reject in a more or less conscious way, parts that are familiar to us or that we still have to discover.
The therapist is the privileged witness of this process, the guide on the map of our wounds, the point of reference in our confusions. They do not offer solutions, but accompany you along a path that will allow you to connect with your own resources, and that will give you the strength to resolve problematic situations. This relationship of trust and respect that develops between the therapist and the person seeking help often has more value than any psychotherapeutic method or technique.
Access to love and freedom of mind involves visiting our negative emotions to understand their messages. I deeply believe in the words of the great psychologist Carl Gustav Jung: “The objective in life is not to be perfect but to be whole,” so for each person comes the moment to know themselves as they are in order to truly be who they are!
In times of stress, anxiety, uncertainty, panic or anger, blockage or emptiness, I am here to listen to you, available to welcome you and accept you as you are. I am ready to rebuild with you the foundation of trust and safety that allows you to fully express your vital energy and creative power on the physical, emotional, mental, relational and spiritual levels.
Consultations in French, Romanian and English.
