Presentation

My care is based on active therapeutic collaboration, the analysis of the problems encountered and support in pursuing the most appropriate solutions.
This support takes place within a framework that respects each person’s needs and pace.
The tools and avenues for reflection are adjusted according to the requests and to the personal and societal life context in which we evolve.
Areas of clinical care:
  • Emotional management and personal development;
  • Anxiety disorders (stress, phobia, OCD...);
  • Depressive disorders;
  • Emotional difficulties (breakup, bereavement...);
  • Professional difficulties (burnout, bore-out...);
  • Addictive disorders;
  • Eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia...);
  • Relationship difficulties (couple, family...);
  • Parental guidance (conflict, psychoeducation, parental burnout...);
  • Perinatal difficulties and parent-child bonding (IVF journey, bereavement, perinatal depression...).
Training:
  • Master’s degree in Psychological and Educational Sciences in 2017, UMons;
  • Attachment, Perinatality and Early Childhood Cycle in 2019, Institut de la Parentalité, Bordeaux.
I offer in‑person consultations at my two practices. They are also available online by videoconference. Online consultations are intended for adults only.
The support I provide focuses on individual, couples, and family issues. The tools used to support couples and families notably include NVC (Nonviolent Communication by M. Rosenberg).
