Jean-Yves Laffineur

I am a psychologist by training, specialized in brief systemic therapy, and certified in Life Coaching. For more than twenty years, I have been supporting management teams, work teams, projects and organizations active in the cultural, social and social economy sectors. I have managed complex structures, launched initiatives with strong civic impact and led a festival recognized for its social commitment and its local roots.

These experiences nourish a psychologist-coach stance focused on meaning, human dynamics and transitions. I work with a systemic perspective: understanding interactions, blockages, resources, and supporting the emergence of sustainable change, both for individuals and for organizations.

I offer three types of support:

Life coaching

For people in transition or feeling lost. I offer a space to step back, understand what’s going on, identify your values and move forward with more freedom.

Professional coaching

For managers, leaders and project owners who want to clarify their role, strengthen their leadership or regain coherence in their choices.

Team and organizational coaching

For groups who want to move beyond tensions, adjust their governance, strengthen how they operate or reactivate a constructive dynamic.

My approach is based on a few simple principles: listening before guiding, understanding the system before taking action, working with people rather than on them. I offer a professional and deeply human framework, where everyone can get moving again, regain clarity and reconnect with what gives meaning.
