Hello, I am a clinical psychologist (UCL) specialized in the treatment of depression, trauma and burnout. I offer you an integrative approach to psychology in a framework tailored to your preferences, whether you are looking for support grounded in practical reality and/or more reflective. At the same time, I currently work in the field of mental health, addiction and precariousness. I also have experience in socio-professional integration and in psychiatry.

My systemic practice and my inspirations from the brief therapy of Palo Alto lead me to adopt new perspectives, taking into consideration both the construction of reality, the influence of the system in which the person has evolved, but also innovative, creative and simple solutions to complex issues.

My psychoanalytic inspirations, far removed from the clichés made of them, invite me to consider new lines of questioning, with philosophical, metaphorical or artistic elements to return to the question of the human.

It is through cognitive-behavioral therapy that I was able to acquire various tools and scientific rigor. For me, this approach constitutes a pillar on which both the psychologist and the patient can rely in order to work together within a rigorously developed methodology.

Finally, deeply rooted in a human approach inspired by positive psychology, my goal is simple: to enable you to live a meaningful life and to ask the question of “what?”, “why?” but above all “how?” to enable you to develop and express your actualizing potential.
