Presentation
I am a clinical psychologist and currently nearing the end of my PhD in the same field. My research focuses on the way each of us thinks and organizes our thinking. How our mind can sometimes function in a very spontaneous way, under the influence of emotions, and at other times in a more calm and reflective way. These two modes of thinking exist in everyone; the key is to learn how to understand and articulate them, especially when one of them becomes too overwhelming during periods of stress, exhaustion, or vulnerability.
For the past few years, I have been offering a caring space where we make sense of what is happening, at your own pace.
It is not always easy to take the first step and consult a psychologist. That is why I make sure to offer a safe and confidential setting, where everyone can express themselves freely.
Today, I support adults and adolescents who wish to:
Better understand what they are going through;
Manage overwhelming emotions and thoughts;
Get through a transition or a hardship
