Why start therapeutic work?
A difficult change, a need to take stock, professional burnout, persistent discomfort, anxiety, depression, emotional / substance dependence, self-confidence issues?
A change in family organization, children leaving home, difficult divorce/separation, questions about your relationship, parental burnout, teenager in crisis, complicated bereavement?
If you are going through one of these situations, it is important to take time to talk about it and, possibly, to start therapeutic work.
Analytic or systemic psychotherapy - what is it?
It is above all a meeting between two or more people in a “separate” place, cut off from everyday life. In this space, speech is free and can unfold within a relationship of trust and without judgment.
It is also about a unique moment where you are listened to and welcomed just as you are.
The aim? To regain freedom in life, as a couple, or within the family, through one’s choices, actions and thoughts.
