Presentation
I am a clinical psychologist, member of the Commission of Psychologists.
I offer individual consultations to help Women and Men find their axis, and to navigate the crises they face and the key moments of their existence while remaining upright within themselves.
I first worked as a criminologist before becoming a coach and managing a stress management unit; I carried out burnout prevention, coaching and management consulting.
At the same time, I enhanced my skills by training in NLP, nutritherapy and humanistic-existential therapy.
I have developed expertise in supporting people who are victims of manipulators and under control, and I help them work on their self-esteem and self-confidence.
In the course of my practice, I quickly felt things with my patients that I could not make sense of within a purely clinical framework. I then took an interest in more holistic approaches and became a Jungian psychoanalyst.
I have since developed my own form of intervention while maintaining my rigor as a clinical psychologist.
For 10 years, I have been helping people through their difficulties by supporting them on their life path.
I use, among other things, family, systemic, symbolic and archetypal constellation techniques; rituals, dream analysis and Jungian symbolic psychoanalysis focused on working with the feminine/masculine.
After conducting academic research on feminine identity, particularly through women’s circles, I specifically support women in reconnecting with their power.
My connection with nature led me to set up walking therapy, which regularly brings me to hold sessions while walking in the forest.
I also provide support for couples using brief therapy tools and Jungian interpretative keys.
