Presentation
Passionate about people and driven by the desire to understand how we function, I chose to study psychology. I then quickly felt the need to combine my passion for art and creation with my professional life. Art, creation, and the creative process are wonderful tools for developing personal resources and fostering greater autonomy.
With a degree in clinical psychology and in leading creative expression workshops, I am also trained in transactional analysis and the Enneagram.
My various trainings, professional experiences, as well as my personal life have allowed me to define and refine my approach as a psychologist and facilitator, deeply humanistic–existential, which is based on an attitude of openness, respect, kindness, non-judgment, and full presence and deep listening. I consider each person in their entirety.
Above all, I care about creating a relationship of genuine trust and, through it, reflecting back to you your beauty and your unique talent. Together, I suggest observing, questioning, and shedding light on your conscious and unconscious parts that hinder your inner peace and freedom, in order to find meaning and to (re)discover yourself.
“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
Carl Gustav Jung
