Trained in integrative psychotherapy at UCL (mainly consisting of the CBT approach, cognitive behavioral therapy) after my psychology studies, I therefore offer an approach that takes different modalities into account.
I offer individual sessions in my practice in a warm atmosphere. I attach great importance to you feeling comfortable and free to express yourself. Having a curiosity about starting therapy or an interest in feeling better is already a first step towards greater well-being. Together, we will have the opportunity to explore and identify what can help you untangle your situation.
To achieve this, I will have the opportunity to offer you a space for expression as well as concrete tools drawn from my training as an integrative psychotherapist. I place great importance on offering tools grounded in scientific research, with a guarantee of effectiveness.
As I also work as a photographer and painter alongside my practice as a psychologist, I also offer artistic tools during the sessions. They are not mandatory and are used only if they are relevant to what you are looking for. The use of animal-assisted therapy will also be offered to you.
