Presentation

If this question seems among the simplest at first glance,  in reality it encompasses a subtle blend of values, representations, experiences, images, life stories, skills and much more.  It therefore seems very difficult to answer this question in a few lines, yet that is what I am about to do in order to give you the most faithful possible image of the therapist that I am.
My experience has shown me that the difficulties individuals encounter are often linked to relational and emotional experiences. I apply effective psychotherapy techniques in order to help patients understand themselves and encourage them to adopt new attitudes in the face of the trials they go through. I approach the difficulties faced by my patients through a systemic framework on the one hand, and  a behavioral approach on the other.
The systemic axis includes all of your interpersonal relationships and your place within this system. As for the behavioral approach, it focuses on your thought patterns, in other words your way of perceiving and interpreting the world around you. I also use Ericksonian hypnosis, which makes it possible to work very effectively on a range of everyday difficulties from a perspective that is more focused on your emotional experience than on your personal history.
It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic formula that will instantly solve all your problems, but a process that requires as much commitment from the patient as from the therapist. In the end, small changes, such as learning to manage feelings of sadness or fear, can lead to major victories.
My aim is to encourage your own reflection and your inner resources so that you can reconnect with yourself. My therapeutic approach advocates a non-pathologizing view of your experience in order to work collaboratively with you in a relationship of trust, either short or long term depending on your needs.
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Public Law and Political Science, I decided to complete my training with a degree in Clinical Psychology in order to be as close as possible to the difficulties faced by the people I support. I am also trained in Ericksonian Hypnosis, with a diploma certified by Arche, Paris, as well as in Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), with a diploma from the psychiatry department of Brugmann Hospital, so that I am able to effectively help both couples and families.
As for my passions, I am a dancer and musician, music producer, beatmaker, and multi-instrumentalist. Dance and music are for me two privileged means of expression with considerable resources.
