Presentation
I have over fifteen years of professional experience in the fields of deafness, (early) childhood disability, autism spectrum disorder and mental health.
Relational difficulties, lack of self-confidence, trouble falling asleep, learning difficulties, deep sadness, complicated emotion management… are just some of the symptoms that indicate distress. How to move beyond this suffering is what I suggest we take the time to reflect on together.
Authenticity and creativity are, for me, essential levers. Congruent, consistent with others and with myself, I enjoy humor and use it in my work. I like teaching and learning.
Attentive to others, listening and empathy are values that take on their full meaning in my professional practice. Reflection and sharing through creative activity are essential to me.
I offer you meetings where, together, we will find ways to (re)find and bring out your resources so that you can live your life to the fullest in keeping with your personality and uniqueness.
You have the keys in hand to lead a harmonious life … but perhaps you do not know it yet.
You feel lost, lacking direction… You run around in every direction … without knowing where to go, or on the contrary, you stay where you are … without knowing whether you want to move, to get going.
I can help you understand the mechanisms that are (re)enacted and overcome them.
See you soon.
