Presentation

Accredited clinical psychologist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I first began my psychology studies in France at the University of Strasbourg. I then started a Master's in health psychology and psychopathologies at the University II of Toulouse, before finally restarting a Master's in clinical psychology at the ULB, where I obtained my degree.
Through my studies at three different universities, I have become certain that a psychologist cannot rely on a single theoretical framework but must, on the contrary, adapt to each patient. That is why I define myself as an integrative psychologist: what matters most to me is finding the way of working that suits you best and makes you feel most at ease.
I have worked with people suffering from depression, burnout, anxiety, mood or personality disorders, addictions, but also with patients in hospitals with conditions such as cancer or dementia.
In the short term, I plan to begin a postgraduate training in systemic therapy while also attending other shorter trainings alongside it. My interests also include meditation, relaxation and transactional analysis.
I work with the person as a whole (family, friends, work environment, couple’s life, health, etc.) in order to have a broader overview of the situation and of the various issues to be addressed. The focus will always be on what you bring to the session.

My work consists in helping you better understand and manage your emotions, your thoughts, and your behaviors in order to support you in your personal development. Together, we will try to put words to and give meaning to the events of your life, while basing our meetings on the fundamentals of therapy: listening, respect, kindness, and non-judgment.

I generally work with adults or adolescents.
