As a clinical psychologist, I meet and support adults, individually or as a couple, in facing life’s difficulties.

This may involve short-term support, clearly limited in time, or deeper therapeutic work.

Convinced that understanding the problem is essential but not enough to make it disappear, my approach is pragmatic and focused on the here and now.

And to achieve this, I rely on many tools, including hypnosis. Hypnosis is a remarkable pathway that allows you to mobilize all your inner resources, work on your resistance to well-being, and let new avenues for change emerge. Far from being asleep, “passive” or “absent,” you discover, through learning to let go, all your abilities to heal your recent or more distant wounds and gradually regain control over what is causing you difficulties.

Over the years, my practice has led me to specialize more in the treatment of stress, burnout, grief, depression, eating disorders, lack of self-confidence, and the difficulties that couples may encounter.

As a couples therapist, I strive to provide a privileged space where each partner can, in complete safety, put down what is troubling them, make room for their needs, learn to express them better to the other person, and co-build the means to face life’s challenges together, reinvent what creates connection, reintroduce tenderness, and/or rekindle sexuality.

My consultations may be partially covered by your supplementary health insurance because I am a member of the Belgian Commission of Psychologists.
