Presentation
I am a licensed clinical psychologist (no. 9022116792). Currently in my third and final year of training in humanistic and person-centered psychotherapy, I base my practice on an approach founded on empathetic listening, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s unique experience.
I consider therapy above all as a space for encounter. A safe place where it becomes possible to set down what is weighing on you, to freely express your emotions and questions, and to explore your inner world in depth. In this space, I strive to offer an attentive, nonjudgmental presence so that you can move forward at your own pace, in line with your needs and resources.
Sensitive to the human–animal relationship and its calming potential, I also offer you the possibility of being accompanied by your pet when it provides support in your therapeutic process. For some people, its presence can facilitate emotional expression and strengthen the feeling of safety.
Languages
I offer consultations in French and Persian.
For whom?
I mainly work with adults and young adults. I welcome you for situations of bereavement, trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, addictions or relationship difficulties. I can also support you during periods of transition, existential questioning or personal development.
My intention is to offer you a caring, supportive and confidential environment in which you can better understand yourself, mobilise your resources and move towards lasting well-being.
