Presentation
Welcome,
During my studies, I initially went into clinical psychology. Later on, I chose to move towards occupational psychology in order to provide more comprehensive support during my consultations.
I am currently training as an emotive-cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist.
Wishing to further refine my interventions, I am also trained in EMDR therapy as well as in various therapies for the treatment of complex or non-complex trauma and painful life events (FOA, NET, …).
Passionate about human relationships and the support that can be provided to them, it is close to my heart to guarantee you a space of non-judgment, empathy and kindness. A relationship of trust needs to be established in order to guide our discussion towards avenues of reflection together while respecting your pace.
My approach is collaborative and is particularly inspired by the 3rd wave of cognitive and behavioral therapies (mindfulness, ACT, etc.). During my consultations, and contrary to the image we sometimes have of the psychologist, I aim for active participation on the part of the patient and genuine involvement in their therapeutic work.
Very often, the first session allows me to better understand the initial request. Afterwards, using practical tools, we work together to find concrete solutions adapted to your needs.
I provide follow-up care for all ages (adults, adolescents, children). My practice focuses mainly on the following topics:
- Anxiety disorders (panic attacks, phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, …);
- Depressive disorders;
- Lack of assertiveness and self-esteem;
- Emotion management;
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder;
- Professional burnout and work-related exhaustion;
- Ruminative thoughts;
- Traumas and painful life events (abuse, assault, accident, …);
- Guilt;
- Addictions;
- Relational and emotional difficulties;
