Presentation
I welcome you with kindness in a secure setting and offer you personalized support through the difficulties you are experiencing and/or the changes you wish to implement.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. My approach is described as integrative, meaning that while listening to you actively and without judgment, I offer you tools drawn from different schools of psychology, giving priority to methods validated by recent scientific literature. In practical terms, we will begin by exploring your difficulties and then determine together how we are going to address them.
I insist on the word together because your involvement in the therapeutic work is essential: unfortunately, I have not yet found a magic formula that would erase difficulties with a wave of a wand. My role is to accompany you on your personal journey, to explore new avenues with you and to help you experiment with them.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of different topics we can work on together: stress and anxiety (work-related stress, social anxiety, worries, phobias, etc.), depression and burnout, relationship difficulties, general distress, lack of self-confidence, difficulties asserting yourself, support during difficult periods and life transitions (breakup, bereavement, etc.).
I see adults as well as adolescents from 16 years old for individual sessions.
In terms of training, I completed a master's degree in psychological sciences, an introductory course in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and a postgraduate program in psychotherapy (integrated approach).
I look forward to meeting you and working together on your personal growth!
